Hello.
As the title says, I get the "smart key not detected" warning. The warning only comes up when I stop driving and get out of the car. That is, after the trip is over. I can lock and unlock the car. However, the warning comes up every time I leave the car at the end of a trip. Same with the both keys.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

The car normally only checks for the key when it detects someone sitting in the driver's seat.

I wonder if the pressure switch in your seat is activating even when you're not in it.

Is there anything on your seat?

Do you ever get the error after unlocking the car or only at the end of a trip?

My best guess is the pressure switch in your driver's seat is activating after you've left. Maybe it's slightly faulty and triggers again moments after someone has been sitting in it.

If that was happening and you had just exited the car with the keys in your pocket, it wouldn't find the keys and would pop that message.

I'll try this. I'll write here after I try it.

Hello guys I had the same problem, my car now at the dealership, they are trying to fix the problem, but here is how I managed to move the car:
Ps: we don't have access to the ismart app so it is out of the question.
  • unlock the car before sitting in it
  • after sitting, the car wouldn't turn on so to do so I lift my weight from the seat and unlock the car using the fob, sit down, it turns on.
  • press the brake the car would give you a warning and the it will not get ready to drive
  • unlock it once again using the fob to make it ready.
  • after driving a beep sound with warning will keep beeping for 5 minutes, afterwards it drives normally.
-here are the warning attached;

What happens when you put the key in the alternative start position (bottom of the centre arm rest storage box)
