Pebbles didn't notice a low fence when reversing and we've got a scratched bumper.

I'm hoping we can get some kind of touch up paint to cover up the scratch ourselves.

Has anyone got any experience with this or suggestions as to where to get the paint?

Agree with Bricktop and that's right at the easy end of the difficulty scale so it shouldn't cost too much.

Looks down to the plastic.
Only a smart repair will sort that to a decent finish IMO.
Thanks for that (and @Alb).

I've requested a quote from Chips Away. Will see what they say.

Thanks @dsimpkins for the paint suggestion: Looks like we could get some paint ourselves for about £18 so that is the alternative option.

If past experience serves......more than £200, Less than £400.......

Ooo, I see your in Oxfordshire.....

Mystic Bricktop says.....£325.

Place your bets please.

I'd love to set up a poll on this but I think you have to do it when setting up the thread!

Edit: I think I found a way!

It might actually be cheaper for you, greater competition could see your quote reduced?

I had a quote of £429 for a bumper scuff 2 years ago and put it down to being in West Wales where the Chips Away bloke has a monopoly.

Might also be worth popping into your local bodyshop for a quote as well.

Polished it out myself.....

Just a good buff out in my case.

Not so yours with the paint damage.

Bloke still paid as I gave him the official quote from Chips Away.
Ker ching.

Been following this and I think a paintnuts pen might solve my scratch across the central sensor on the rear bumper. (It still works.) However the order form is asking for my Paint Code. It’s recognised my car from the reg, but where do find my paint code?

That looks like it might polish out with a little compound
