After the update to R63, the LKA update, HVAC update and other stuff ACC simply stops working. It happens only when it is dark and it is sudden.
Because I'm often on motorways, it only happened there. It also means you all of a sudden see a significant speed drop.
If you looking in your mirrors to overtake, this is a freaky experience. Same if you are stuck in a train of cars behind a truck....

Before, I did have sudden unnecessary speed drops linked to the ACC (tested it with AEB off), but those were cured after a spring 2024 update.
Now, there not so much a braking moment while on ACC, but it simply stops (icon is no longer green). Regen causes the speed to drop quickly.

Anyone experienced this? Was it fixed?

I had never an ACC disconnect, TJA sure, even before the sc077 update. But it had always reverted to plain ACC. Maybe the steering wheel switch is faulty and sending a disconnect signal?

Can you connect via car scanner and post the list of DTC of your car?

No scanner available Nanomad.
Did not consider the switch as a cause, because I never experienced it. Day one after the updates it popped up.

Update : Initially, I was traveling in the dark mostly and this ACC glitch happened when it was dark. However, nowadays it is mostly light enough and I experienced it several times when it was light. So it isn't just happening only in the dark.
There is something that surprised me when it went off. In at least two occassions I needed to move towards the outer lane marker when passing cars/trucks. It triggered a couple of warnings from the LKA system (line was blue in the display). Next, ACC was disabled.

I could not find any hints in the manual that links both system in this way. ACC get disabled if you touch the brakes. But there was no real braking by the car, just the beeps.

Anyone else with a similar experience?

The only things that come to mind are: either the dealer didn’t complete the update, as some only update a single module, like the radar, but skip others, like the EPS. Or perhaps they only applied the operating software without the configuration file. The only way to verify this is with a SIPS scan.

I had a similar experience where the traffic sign recognition kept turning on and off by itself because they had updated the software but not the configuration file of my FVCM.
