Warning - help to identify please

Please can anyone help with identifying this warning? It came up several times today for a few seconds, along with an audible beep, but I can't seem to find out what it means.
The horn is also sounding when I lock it, but it seems like all the doors/boot are closed and the system is turned off.

I've had that with the boot lid not fully catching. Just needed a bit of a firmer push to close.

My horn sounds if I leave the keys in the car and try to lock it using the door button

Horn will sound if you try to lock the car when door or tailgate is not closed properly.
Also if you get out of the car and try to lock it when it is in running mode. (Ie switched on).
