Hi gravity thanks for you reply and the information of what you have found may be of help to others myself I use IPhone and have had no issues with CarPlay.Thank Les. I did try that bit no luck. I found the fault/cure. I downgraded iSmartApp to v2.06. Deleted all bluetooth connections to the car on my phone. Started over with Android Auto. After that the screen functioned normally and the speed limit error went away too.
It definitely had something to do with my phone (Android 12), Android Auto, and iSmart upgrade to v2.08.
