2 month old ZS EV LR - several faults and now HV Battery Shut Off

If they can't get it fixed quickly, what are my rights in terms of courtesy car?

@RhythMick - to be honest, I don’t think there are ‘rights’ as such. Much depends on the dealership. Good luck - I hope they have something for you.

Well at least I'm happy they are taking it seriously. They called me to say they'd done several software updates and wanted to leave it overnight and do a proper test drive tomorrow morning. We've decided to go to Devon in our second car anyway so I'll report back next Tuesday when I pick it up.

I was checking in occasionally on the status and location of the car, using the app. It was stationary AND running for a while so I assume they had it on a rolling road. They took it out for a drive for perhaps 10 minutes.

I think you get up to 3 days courtesy car via AA, check with MG assist. Unless I confused it with something else, pretty sure it's correct. Also, your dealer might have something available, ask... For free, obviously...

Dealer had nothing available. I didn't push it this time. Hopefully all will be well now but how do you get the courtesy car from the AA?

When my MG 5 went in for investigation the dealer gave me one of the many courtesy cars on their forecourt. Depends on the dealer I suppose
