Has the dealer done any updates? They may have failed, or some dealers don't run through the complete process it seems. Might be worth checking directly with the dealer seeing as the car has been there only days ago.

You could even look at third parties that will 3D print for you. Some seem expensive, but it might be cheaper than a new shelf, and it's cheaper than buying a 3D printer.

Did you have to initiate anything by holding down buttons etc? Or did the car just do it after you lowered the pressure?

Mine starts the last played file from the beginning, unless I get back in the car quickly (say popping into the shop), then the music continues where I left off. The biggest nuisance for me with usb music in this car is how it always reverts back to playing all the songs on the drive

If the 12V doesn’t make it, it will at least be a strong indication that 20% charge is too low for the HV battery to top up the 12V, but like other said before, the timeframe might not be long enough for the 12V to need a top up anyway.
