Here in Ukraine i still drive the car with R40 firmware (and i don't know at all how old firmwares of car's blocks) because dealer don't want to update it, even at regular service. The question is not to get new free feature but update the car to latest stable state.

"dealer updates" is very important! because many dealers don't want to update software of your car. it's always a problem to make them do it. OTA may solve this issue!

I want to add that this is not the MG4 MK2 FWD car that is currently selling in China. MG4 MK2 is absolutely new car that just has the name MG4 but nothing in common, even the platform is different. The car that we see in the video is just a facelift of the classic MG4.

Take a look at this video of MG4 XPower. This is MGS5\6 EV interior packed inside MG4 body, looks very nice.

I would say the main advantage of such battery is its type - AGM, such battery lives longer have bigger capacity (important when you charge your car from DC in winter so you use AC) and greater reliability (doesn't suffer from shaking). So i think if AGM 60Ah is suitable for MG4, why not to use it?
