My 5SE had rear speakers, lights, cup holders and armrest, the ZS Excite didn’t (ok, low spec) but neither did the XPower. At least they don’t do the Rover skinflint thing like Noddy hooters, that was unforgivable even back then.

Not much out there yet, car came with dealer mats so will use my MG5 rubber mats on top for now so I don’t lose the new car smell! Mudflaps going to be a consideration this time, I think the car would wear them well and I do need them.

Direct Line were the cheapest (of all the quotes, not just firms I’d heard of) on Money supermarket. Set it up easily and excess half the XPower’s.

Picked mine up today and setup was different to the 5&4 but yes you need to look for the user menu on the screen. Bound it straight way, in fact easier than it was to unbind the ; when I dropped it off!

Cost me £56 to update my GAP to 36 months on the S5. Still not recognised on their system as it’s so new but all done on a recorded line. Will check in soon to see if it’s gone on the system anyway. Never had to claim it and hope I don’t but their call handling has always been top notch.
