No way I would just have 1 all season tyre on a car. Probably be OK in normal conditions, but in snow you would have grip on just 1 wheel, try and brake with that and it would probably spin you round.

The car hasn't got google maps, it's a system with the map data stored in the car, so no data would be used. Weather would use a tiny amount of data as would traffic data. So I can't see where 1GB would go. I included my phone just as a comparison of data use.

I didn't know until a couple of years ago that when you connect your phone it uses the cars GPS antenna, so it doesn't matter where it is in the car.
