You mean via the Ohme app? Same for me. I just set the percentage I need to charge to get to 80% on the Ohme app and sure enough it stops charging within a couple of % over
So far mine has been working well too. You are meant to set the car limit to 100% without any schedules in the car itself. All intelligent charging is done via the Ohme app. Check this group for more details / support: Ohme EVSE Integration with Intelligent Octopus Tariff Group | Facebook
@nickcarr nice write up. Not sure if you would know this as you wouldn't have driven too much in France itself on this trip, but is there any discount on the toll charges for the French motorways for electric cars? I can't find much info on it so thinking it's a no. Heard that Spain is very good...
I can see the headlines already: Conspiracy! This little device from the Chinese is a mind control device and is going to force you to buy an electric car :ROFLMAO:
Mine has it too. The guy who delivered the car told me this needs to be removed before delivery but it's often missed. I still haven't had a chance to remove it. Keep forgetting lol
Oooh thank you for pointing this out. I'll do this right now. They must have recently updated this since I read it a while ago. Might make some changes to my config too as it looks like one active schedule is required.
I received my Trophy yesterday and after doing the initial config with Octopus Intelligent so it switches my tarriff over and pair with the Ohme Pro, it was fairly easy to set it to charge.
My installer told me to ignore / disable the pre-defined schedules in the Ohme app so I just deleted them...
Got mine yesterday and it came from Bicester (probably the same one yours is coming from as bicester is next to Oxford). Black Trophy but not the MY23 version. Could be just the luck of the draw though depending on colour etc? I really like mine and tbh the lack of middle headrest does nto...
I'm not far too. Bracknell and getting mine through Octopus as well. Same story, they called me to say they'll update me directly instead of the online tracker as MG's systems were rubbish. They even took off all MGs from their website. Same messages that car is in the UK and finally got a...
I did my test drive at that place as they were the nearest dealer to me. I'm getting mine on a lease with salary sacrifice as out work just started this. I know at the end of 3 years I'm not going to own the car but crunching the numbers, what we are using in fuel alone doing school runs...
