Hi and welcome to the forum.
Do you know if your dealer has a Rapid DC CCS charger on site?
They normally have type2 AC fast EVSE (charge points) but not all have DC. If not then you need to find a dealer who has.
Welcome to the forum.
If the car has been charged using DC Rapid chargers and not been put on an AC EVSE (type2 charger) and had the batteries cells balanced monthly this can reduce the SOH.
How many miles has it covered?
Hi, I would try removing all schedules in the car and just use the EVSE (charge point) app.
Then try putting the EVSE in fast mode and setting one schedule on the car.
It would be strange for the windows and mirrors to be on the fuse but worth checking to see if any are blown. Could the windows have jammed with ice and blown when you tried to open them?
Just plug in when you get home.
Set it to ADD the percentage you need to get to 80% and what time you need it by.
I normally plug in daily or if I am below 40-50%.
Do a charge to 100% monthly to balance the battery.
I have this with my MG5.
As the brakes are not used much, surface rust develops quickly and when I reverse out of my drive with slight use of the brake it makes an awful noise.
If you jump on the brakes now and again it cleans them up.
So they did the washer fix in about 20 minutes.
I got home and can't turn off the car just goes between ready green light with HV shut off and orange standby light. I have even tried 10 minutes with the 12v disconnected. Just waiting for the AA now.
