HI, great choice of car. I have a SR which can not work on Tesla SC as part needs changing for about £1k. I bought another 5 this time LR which works great on Tesla SC.

I think they filed a bit off a lever in the mechanism.

There was a modification for it. Mine did it and they fixed it a couple of years ago but I have caught it doing it again recently.

Have you tried deleting the ismart app and reinstalling it or make a new account?

I think 200 miles on 100% is a figure to go by. 1% is 2 miles. I find the GOM is fine if the trip counter is not reset.
