Any MG service garage should be able to access the records and print them off for you. Mine certainly can. Have you tried MG customer services?

all you have to do is charge more often and worry less often 😉. It's normal, that is just guessing how much you will achieve based on your recent drive/usage, so if you are driving with the heater on, that will show as less range next time but of course if you don't use the heating next time...

when you look at the ZS location map on MG iSmart app, what does it say at the top of the screen, when was it last updated?

I don't have it on my ZS but info says it's activated by saying "Hello MG" or by a voice button on the steering wheel - so it should not be on by default? Don't you have to press the button each time you want MG to do something...
