I just put it down to it grabbing the lowest gear and not feeling the need to change due to the weird software, then I nailed it yesterday to get away from some scrotes messing around, and it just revved it spuds off, and didn't change up and kept revving even after I'd backed off

No built in charger??? It has 3 to my knowledge, two under the dash and one behind the mirror for a dash cam which we use for that purpose. I don't know of any car that has a charger per se, just USB A sockets that the provides 5amps needed to charge a phone.

No, just a trip around the block really it felt okay, to be fair it's not awful to drive just not £20k+ value.

Ours was a 2016 Fiesta diesel, a much better car we realise now, much better MPG, this POS won't get more than 45MPG no matter how we drive it, and I'd not trust it to overtake either.

Our steering wheel controls all.packed up yesterday, nothing worked, so I did a full system reset this has happened about 6 times now. POS.

MG just sent me an email regarding the work that the dealer didn't apparently complete, so I told them in no uncertain terms what I thought of the car and the dealer. I don't expect a reply.
