I recently had the misfortune of parking close to a building site on a windy day. My car was covered in tiny specs of what I presume to be paint spatter.
A neighbour of mine is a "professional" valeter and he agreed to clean the car thoroughly obviously for a price.
Unfortunately, having used...
So over the last few times we've used the car over the course of 3 weeks or so, I've noticed that each and every time, the screen and car systems are much slower to start. (4 or 5 seconds I'd say- not timed it yet though)
I usually like to wait before moving off everything is in order, but...
Cracked left rear plastic now replaced. Interestingly, a member of staff said to me that the condensation was in there because of the crack, not the partial cause.
I usually charge from around 30% to 80% for normal days to day usage. After the car says it's completed, the EVSE ( a Zappi in my case) will continue saying "charging" using between 100 and 300 watts or so for anything upto an hour and then will say charge is complete. My battery is NMC 64KW.
OPD does appeal to me given that I only use my left foot to drive due to my disability, BUT I like having a bit more control over braking and see the 3rd level of regeneration on my 1st phase MG4, a bit like a more aggressive engine break scenario similar to an ice car which I prefer.
Having been able to have a peek at the service documents a few months back, this update has already been applied for my vehicle thankfully ☺️ good shout though!
I didn't have a stop, but my car flashed up a forward collision warning when it saw a person walking on the pavement next to the road. It's happened a few times, usually when I'm driving next to parked cars. Not sure if there's anything I can do
