Just because it has 10 miles on, it doesn't mean it's pre-registered, just means it's been moved around the site. As a rule of thumb, when the new MGs come off the transporter, they usually have between 1 and 15 miles on. I have never ever seen a car delivered to a dealer with 0 miles on.
