    Hi Next time you go away charge the HV battery to 80%. keep the car locked then use the app to keep an eye on the 12V battery. if after 24 hours you do not see it come up to 13.2V then run the the air con and you should see the 12V battery charging at 14.2V. You probably need a new 12V battery now.

    The 12v battery is charged from the high voltage battery by the inverter, the 12v battery sounds like it needs replacing if not holding charge.

    I always stop there for the toilet and a coffee half way so will pop it on a charger. Went up to Norwich a few weeks ago and started at 96% got to the Grid serve gateway on the A49 and had about 40% left around 80 miles, I have the standard range.

    I will doing trip to Bradford and will use the open one at the top of the M606 at 59p, there are some at the junction of M62/ M606 but they are at 69p and that only about 2 to 3 miles between them. I used the A11 near Elveuden at 59p stopped for a top up and toilet 11 mins 5 kWh £2.68.

    You can tell the plug is not locked by listening to the locking motor will try a few times I used to push the plug and keep hold of it the keep it square on until the motor had run and could feel it locking through the plug.

    The battery should be round 13 to 13.1 after switch off, tightening the negative was good but the battery is a bit low at switch off.
