Having a great time taking part in some of the fantastic talks.
Met Miles Roberts yesterday and Robert Llewelyn greated us all today.
If anyone from the forum recognises me say hello. I'm the not good looking one in the top picture.

Unfortunately I tried it and no Tesla super charger worked. So my MG ZS EV Trophy Connect, with all the latest software upgrades ,would not work. Shame but useful for others to know.
I booked my 3 days back in February as I knew it was chancing it to receive my MG ZS in time for the Farnborough Fully Charged Show. Accomodation was filling fast so thought what a good idea to try my first long distance drive and combine it with a holiday to Yorkshire.
I will be at several of...
There are several new chargepoints in my area that have been taken over by Blink. These are 7kw chargers that were charging about 38p per kW/hr. As soon as Blink took them over the price raised to 69p per kW/hr. Since that time I have not seen a single car charging there. 8 chargers wasting...
On my ZS EV Trophy Connect its actually quite bright and also comes on if I'm reversing out of a drive and someone passes. I have even had it warn of a car several houses down, so some distance. Maybe the LED has improved from the HS version but I have found it very visible even in bright...
Almost as soon as I sent this Fully Charged sent the email detailing the parking location and other important stuff. Hope to see some of you maybe at the show.
I'm travelling up to the Fully Charged Show North this Friday. My first really long journey.
Does anyone know what the parking arrangements will be? I was told an email would be sent detailing arrangements but so far I havent received any details.
I'm in Harrogate for the Fully Charged show this week and am very close to a Tesla Super charger on the A61 Leeds Rd. Has anyone with an MG ZS Trophy successfully used this site? I'm only 2.5 miles from it and it would be really useful for my return journey home the following Monday
There is a complex algorithm that IT specialists have to memorise and use frequently with any software or harware system. It's called SIOAOA. Thats pronounced "sioaoa" and stands for :-
Switch it Off and On Again.
Now seriously most phones have probably never been fully turned off during there...
After 2 months of no problems with the iSmart app its no longer working. No longer connects to car. Can't reconnect, app sends me codes to change passwords but just hangs after several minutes on MG headunit. If there is a problem with servers MG should tell us know then we might have more...
I live in a fairly thick walled building. In some places there are 40cm stone walls. As a result There are some blank spots where I can't read the car info. I have to raise my phone to full arm height if I'm in my favorite chair. No bad thing though as it also stops my smart watch fom...
There are too many places this could have happened. Thank goodness it is a singular event. We must be careful not to put blame onto those we have no reason to accuse. Whoever did this, through ignorance or malice, has more issues than we can solve here. We will never know other than to say, they...
I have a Samsung Z-Fold 4 and the phone operating system updated a few days ago as well as Android Auto. Android Auto should not affect iSmart but the operating system of the phone might.
Sometimes life has a funny way of giving us what is right. You are getting a car which many here would envy. But I know someone else will be receiving the car they wanted because it was cancelled.
Exactly what happened to me. I wnated a MG ZS EV Trophy connect facelift but with the sunroof...
Coulomb I think the 'Dead Reckoning' is very odd as I had to turn mine off. What's it meant to do? I had been reading this forum about 2 years before I received the car so was aware and found it within 3 mins when I first sat in the car to get used to the features and settings things my way...
No problem with mine, although I have an MG ZS EV, as they might make all models on the same factory run.
However, so far it looks like this issue is only with one car.
