Do you have CPL adaptors for your WiFi by any chance ? Its a known issue with the MG EV's. They can conflict and prevent charging. If you do have them unplug them and see if that sorts it.

It has often shown below 15km when I land home !! Never had it on a charger other than at home.

I charge to 100% every time I come home and allow it to balance every time via a Granny whether I need it or not and after 18 months and 28k plus my battery is still 100% SOH.

Its just a personal preference. I dont need my phone in the car to use this device.
