Just got 4.2 miles per kWh today, mainly motorway at 60mph from Ruislip to Bletchley Park. ACC, Normal Drive setting, temp set to 20c. So ranges are heading back up.
Just to check. You are not using Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), either on its own or as full MG Piliot. With the ZS EV, unlike the MG4, KERS does not operate when ACC is being used.

You don't need to but I find it way more convenient and easier to use a dedicated 7kw chargepoint (A hypervolt 2). The additional life utility of that convenience and ease of use is worth more to me than the cost of the installation. You would have to decide if it was for you. Don't analyse it...
