Yes we're pleased too. 3 months in and just come back from 1900 miles around Cornwall, averaged 4.2 m/kWh. Found the GOM over optimistic at times. When I 100% charged for the return journey it estimated 292 miles range. In actuality I got 232,still pretty good for mainly motorway driving.

I use an Ohme home pro with Go. I first select the charging schedule I want on the Ohme app - usually 40% charge 00:30 to 04:30 ,unlock car,open flap,plug in lead,lock car with remote. This method always works for me. Hope you get the alarm issue sorted,that's very odd and annoying I would imagine.

Well,it did it again today.On starting the car Infotainment locked up,then rebooted itself after a minute or so. Been ok since. Has anyone any ideas what's causing this to happen?Sounds like a random software type issue. Anyone had any feedback from MG? Seems that several of us are experiencing...

It took me several attempts to update the Satnav. Kept crashing when updating the map file from the usb stick when plugged in the car. Eventually it worked. I was a bit nervous doing it after reading about some members problems updating it.

You did better than me mate. I called them today to initiate the move to Go and they wouldn't budge from the new rates. All I got was a £50 goodwill credit on my account. Not particularly happy as the previous operator told me I'd be on the lower rate for 12 months.

Had a similar problem today. Switched car to ready, nothing on the infotainment screen. Drove a minute or so and restarted car at some lights,still nothing. Driving down the road a minute later MG logo appeared and screen came on,then it was all fine. Very strange. Will keep an eye on it.

I'm in the same boat. My move from BG to Octopus Flex should be on the 8th April and they quoted me the lower Go tariff prices so I hope they honour that. I asked if the Go tariff would rise after the 1st April price cap change and was told no! Let me know how you get on. Mike

Okay..so I managed to update the chargers first, which worked well. Then tried the map updates. Went well to start with, "checking files" passed okay this time but when applying updates it rebooted again. Only managed to update the first three maps. Think I'll try a different usb stick next...

I've tried twice tonight to update the nav system but unfortunately,after downloading the nav updates and inserting the USB stick in the car, it gets to approx half way on the "checking files" progress bar and reboots the infotainment screen without any updates being completed. Not sure what's...

Hi. Had my 5LR Exclusive about 3 weeks and noticed the Satnav software has a date of June 2020. I found a newer update online dated Jun 2021 but that was £££'s to purchase. Question is.. should the Satnav software version be fully updated by the dealer on PDI? Thanks in advance. Mike
