Interesting to see the software versions other owners have. My car is 2022 and running R16. I’m not convinced my dealership has done ANY updates at service. My next one is due very soon, and I have again requested that they check for updates, together with the HV battery SOH.

I have a standard range ZS Trophy, bought new in November 2022. I have done just over 16000 miles, with no issues other than an occasional glitch with the infotainment unit, solved by holding down the (physical) home button to reset. I love my car!

I believe the term was adopted, as it was handy to be able to charge your car using an ordinary 240v socket when visiting your Granny. As a granny (and great-granny actually), it comes in handy for me when visiting the younger members of my family.

I had a new SMETS2 meter installed 3 weeks before changing to TE, yet they still couldn’t manage to bill me. The apps didn’t work, so I had very little idea of my usage. As I said, I can’t have been the only customer not to have paid for my electricity due to TE’s incompetence.

My EVSE is in my attached double garage, and where the car is parked. After researching, I decided to buy and install a heat alarm in there, rather than a smoke alarm. It’s connected to smoke alarms inside my bungalow, so should provide an audible warning of anything untoward in the garage.
