Broke mine when I tripped over the charge cable in the dark. I finally got it fixed at the dealer at the next service. You have to remove the front of the car to get et it to fix a new one. A minor service, MOT and flap replacement cost me about £450. IMO not worth the hassle of trying to fix it...
Had my ZS LR for 3 years and I still don't know if it's done a balance, checked the cell voltages and they're within a few mV of each other so I guess it must have at some time in the past. I wouldn't fret over it if I were you. I use the eZS app to check the battery.
Flaky software again built down to a price. Just like the OTA software updates that never happened. The infotainment software is the only gripe I have with what is an excellent car.
Think you've got left and right mixed up, after power up the screen in front of you should show a car and two feint lines. On the right hand side of the steering wheel press the left arrow once and the total mileage is displayed as item 6.
