I've not pre-heated the battery in this cold weather and the car has not prompted me to do it either, so far not noticed any loss of power. I always use the AC with climate set on 24 degrees and AUTO fan, rear demister is used when necessary. My driving mode is always set to NORMAL with maximum...
LKA stays off on mine, only did one trip with it on before disabling and it's been off since. I do have the lines on my driver display (can't remember the colour) but this is only for the lane departure warning.
I'm no expert on EV's as this is my first, but I'm not sure how a 3-phase charger on the MG4 would cause your Zappi to fail to charge. It should allow up to 11kW charging and anything below that rate, rather than be limited to a maximum of 7.4kW.
As you have an issue with using a granny charger...
I'm not aware of any windscreen defrost setting, however if you set the temp to about 25 degrees it does clear the windscreen in no time. Would be good to have a button for rear window/mirror demisting from the app.
My last company car was white which was a no additional cost colour to keep tax as low as possible, with the very low tax on electric cars I've gone for the Dynamic Red which is not too garish but pops nicely in the sun.
Is your peak charging power about 9.7-9.8kW as shown, or does it go any higher? I get about 10.3kW average from our work 3-phase Zappi in an early Trophy, which may be due to environmental conditions etc.
Am I the only one who doesn't find it a problem? I can keep my eyes on the road without being distracted by the driver screen, in fact I find the infotainment screen to be more of a distraction really.
I've not noticed any pooling of water on my Trophy, it also clears very well too. Right in the middle at the top it clears slowest, this conforms to the brake light position, so it seems to clear more quickly under the spoilers.
