Forgot to mention , when at 1 stage I was on EV only , the air con still worked, and the ICE did not start. So I assume this means air con works without the need for the ICE ( unlike the heating)

Hi Venumx basically you have 52 km of range on the battery. In hybrid mode the car will use the battery until it reaches 40km then it will kick the ICE in, and only go back to the EV under 40 km again. BUT you can pick the EV button , and this overrides the hybrid management and will just use...

Sounds like the intelligent speed assist function. If it sees a speed sign , then it will stick to it , and I think make a warning noise if you try to go over it. Never used it , but take a look at the owner manual on 1st post from Stuart.
