Yes, the door/flap is open, however the bolt section has remained inside the car; it doesn't look like it has broken. More, unscrewed itself and just stuck inside. Weird. I'll get a pick tomorrow. Might be a garage job perhaps.

I had this happen to me last winter, wasn’t sure what was going on, looked a few places online managed to get it fixed myself, it’s a bit of a fiddly job, but actually quite easy in the end. I’m using pure screen wash from now on as soon as it gets in the least bit chilly!

Update: it’s just done it again today, charging fine at around 2.4 kW with Eco plus on since this morning with uninterrupted sun. And now has changed to being limited to 1.5 kW to the car and the rest going to the grid. No change in settings on my side. I guess it must be the car overheating...
