I bought the car in April 2023. I think it was manufactured in November 2022.
The battery may be failing but I think the problem was that the charging circuit was not connected and hence the fault icon and fall in battery voltage. It is holding its charge now. However I will be keeping my eye...
This has been reported regularly on the forum. It's just one of the MG4's features. The condensation goes away as the temperature rises. What will happen over a longer time period is unknown
My Trophy showed a low-voltage battery charging problem when I went to drive it yesterday. The car was showing 11.9V. I've had this before and then after a quick power on and granny-charge the error disappeared. However this time I could not cancel it, a quick drive saw the voltage drop to...
As has been pointed out here (by @siteguru?) charging cables are heavy and sometimes if not firmly pushed in tend to droop which breaks the control contact. You might like to see if that is happening next time you charge.
I've found I've needed to set the speed to a high level and the temperature high to get real warmth in the footwells and then it disappears when the other positions are selected. Note, my old Ford Fiesta Ghia had a similar problem.
I think this has been mentioned before and found that a single lock-unlock also worked. MG also has the physical disconnect option if that fails. The lock-unlock sequence will have triggered the car to recognising charging has finished.
Just because it is not used does not mean it does not exist. Hence my post starting with 'If'. It was included in the original publicity and I seem to remember somewhere on this forum a poster (from Thailand?) said they had an OTA update.
If the OTA function is activated then MG can send any data it likes even bypassing any acceptance process. It's like remote access on computer. If your car is serviced by an MG dealer and results updated to the service records it may include your personal details or it can be obtained from DVLA...
You must use the snow mode as it controls power to the wheels to avoid wheel spin on first movement. Same as the advice to start in 2nd gear rather than 1st in an ICE car.
It's not the R40 that's causing these issues. My Trophy is on R33 but it it does not have the lights and ACC problem. Obviously the garage has not applied the Service Campaign Updates.

Note, depending on your version you may/may not see an option for DST. If you set to use GPS the time changes should be automatic.
I agree that the battery has failed and is not providing the current required to operate the systems. Even when I got a battery warning at 11.9V the car operated correctly. Nowadays the battery voltage shown in the app is usually 12.3V and that's for a car that is 20 months old.
I don't know about current location but I expect this works when I use it for a future journey. (Edited) Press and hold tap on a location brings up details of the location. If you tap on the info bubble which if you tap it takes you to the 'Go' pane from which you can set the location as a...
I have seen this and considered it normal. I would say that the 'Low-battery Charging System' warning is a consequence of the HV battery being isolated during DC charging. I am open to correction.
