The only thing I recently experienced is that the capacity of a public charger dropped from 11 to 3,6 kW (=single phase). Either the car, or the charger or the cable is not working properly. This a known installation fault with R59/R63. Just go back and get it fixed.

Which is already the case on the MG? So far, I heard contradicting reports about OPD being the default, or being saved as preferred settings on the S5. The MG4 does not default to OPD on, that is for sure.

Frequent mechanical complaints (and poor bearings are frequently occurring) are registered in a knowledge base with symptoms, diagnostics and repairs at all brands. This just shows how poorly MG organizes its services.

It uses the front camera. Anything obscuring the camera will have an effect on auto high beam.

Huh? Battery heating uses the heatpump. But it does not work when ut needs to heat up your cabin? If it works for the battery, I suspect a sensor issue. Btw, my ER had no issue with -7 and OPD this morning. Bit surprised to be honoust.
