But now the package of the four doors are upwards in "launch position" . It doesn't need much for the front chair to go forward to allow it to sink below the forward folded rear back seat. At least it would be horizontal.

It doesn't go flat if folded backwards because it hits the folded rear back seat. The rails are about 10 cms short. Weird design fault.

I needed to carry some long articles from the glove box all the way into the booth. But the front passenger seat does not move forward enough to pull the backside at level with the folded rear seat. Am I missing something? How does the front passenger go flat?

True. But many of us will only hear the car has been updated to R67, without informing the owners they also installed a bunch of other updates. Such as modules improving LKA. If you complained about it...

True. From what I read, only r67 will do the trick. But whether it fixes the radio, or whether it does recognize all lane markers on European soil.. I doubt it.
