Oddly enough I ordered some new plates last night for my car. Green strip has now gone.

I just called the company and the wheels are in from Germany and now having the tyres and TPMS fitted and programmed for the car . They are the programable Autel TPMS and according to the guy on the phone will work straight away. I wont hold my breath though.

Will do .They cant look any worse than whats on now . Im glad they have aero covers to cover them up. I even find myself rushing to put the covers on after a clean so no one can see whats below.

I have a set of these on order which should be here this week. I just have to sort out the coding for the TPMS and how that is done . They are 18 inch with a tyre pack and locking wheel nuts and black bolts if in stock on dispatch.

I had been using it. I've used resistors before soldererd across the fitting to add extra load and 100 per cent I had no errors or rapid flashing which I have seen on my old VAG cars.plus I've been running the bulbs since I started the post and have had no bulb out warnings or rapid flashing...

I dont think they have any canbus bulb out warnings . i had one of the indicator leds drop out into the lamp unit and it didnt show any warnings on the dash. I only noticed when i locked the car and saw one of the indicators wasnt working.

Give it time someone will invent fire .

I took the plunge just ordered alloy and tyre package 7 to 14 days from Germany.Hankook S1 Evo 3 tyres and the TPMS sensors. I will report back when on with some pics.

Yep will do.It maybe a bit longer than expected as the prices keep going up with the tyres i want to fit. .

im going 18s 215 45 for comfort. I had 35 profile on my last car and they were a bit of a nightmare. TPMS sensors for each wheel is £25 a corner.

I do mine every week . Covers off clean wheels and covers and they are always dirty . Mine are coming off in the next couple of weeks as im ordering some MAM B2 Matt black and bronze and keep the standard ones for winter. The alloys are just fuggly without covers. Popping to see my dealer...
