If you can access the cell terminals, add one of these HA02 induction cell balancers. They say 48v but that's just 4 12v batteries being equalised, they will equalise LFP and sodium ion cells just fine as well. as each lead acid battery dies, I just build a 4 cell one out of the best old LFP...
