Would agree, except neither Hugo nor Loop ever had the correct eOn tariffs available. As above, I do not think it needs to know your supplier for consumption - they get the info from the same place your supplier does if my theory is correct...

On my Hugo I cannot see my supplier in the settings? Just the MPAN and address in a strange format all the elec suppliers seem to use.

Try using your previous supplier? Or any supplier! Does it ask for the MPAN which I think would be more important... I guess a supplier might only be needed for it trying to get a tariff?
