Yeah I was being a moron, so I thought it was only a phone number now not email so typed in my email address and logged in all ok and did a massive face palm.
So from reading there is no work around to get the new app to work with my car. I have logged out of both scanned the QR code to log in, which is does but all the remote features say that I need to bind my car. I then click bind and scan the QR code again only for it to continue to say...
Does the recent updates fix bluetooth connectivity issues? My Phone is hit or miss whether it's remembered or not and I have just given up as I had reconnected it over 10 times.
Has anyone had issues with their automated systems not working after getting their windscreens replaced? My car can no longer read traffic speed signs and use the auto full beam and this started happening after I got my windscreen replaced
So I can’t bind my car as it always says “to bind” even after I have scanned the QR code on the car and it logs in there. The App says it’s not bound. Sorry if this has been answered already but would be good to know if I am being an idiot ?
Sadly not, will try some other cables and see what happens. I think I need to get my infotainment system updated anyway as my bluetooth keeps on forgetting my phone.
I have tried that but still happening. It did happen but not nearly as much as it is now. When it drops yeah it just goes back to the MG home page. When I plug it back in it will show as charging but Car Play doesn't kick in.
Which infotainment software version are you on?
