I think we're missing OP's main point. How do you crawl forward from a standing start? Curious myself, because setting off from my slightly downhill drive is always a bit of a jolt and a lurch.

In case you haven't found it yet - ABRP and its corresponding phone app are good for planning your charging stops. It'll find routes with ultra-rapid charging stops, and if (when) you deviate from the plan, will adjust. And it can help you find lunch/whatever near chargers.

The owner's manual has all of this. But frankly on a modern car, I let the sensors do the work. Even ICE. If the oil's low, the dash will warn you. My MG4 tyre pressure dipped to 2.3 in the cold, and the dash warned me. (2.5 is advised. 2.7 at the back if loaded)

I feel that when one-pedal-driving, a car ought to show the car behind what they'd see if you were braking conventionally. Shame if that's not what happens.
