My Trophy had the same problem, which I have now fixed. Someone asked for a photo showing how you do it, so here it is! What you need is a 6mm Allen key inserted in the adjuster on the back of the headlight (the outer of the two adjusters, see arrow). I rotated the Allen key round five times...

I have just had the same experience. I set my Trophy to charge from 80-100% overnight, and left it to equalise. I expect a 20% charge like this to cost me 13-14kwh, but last night my Pod Point says I drew 18.4kwh, an excess of about 5kwh. I doubt all this can be attributed to equalisation...

It can't cause a problem. When you collect your new car, they give you 2 keys, and you drive off with both in the car. What could possibly go wrong?

Can you tell us how the roof rack works out when you get your car? There could be a design issue with the Trophy model due to the spoilers. When you open the boot, the spoilers go straight up, and would hit a roof rack positioned in the usual place. Tricky . . .

My Trophy does not have an audible warning on Lane Change Assist - it just causes the light on the wing mirror to flash. I would like to have an audible warning, like on my Merc, but some people here have been complaining about endless bongs from the MG4, so this view may not be universal.

Is 7.2kw what the Zappi says, or what the iSmart app says? They should be different (see siteguru's post). Edit: Spotted that your car is not an MG, so iSmart app is irrelevant. Change that to what the car says it is achieving.

My home charger is a 7kw Pod Point Solo 3. When charging my MG4 Trophy, my rate of charge is usually 6.1-6.2kw as recorded by the iSmart app. Is this the maximum that can be achieved on the MG4, or can more be achieved with other chargers? The absolute maximum I have ever seen was 6.32kw.
