No problem with LKA, always on for me. Simple, get in, touch brake pedal, into 'D' and drive away. No over analysis, car drives superbly.

Lowering simply turns it into a chav car, look ok in magazines/online but embarrassing on the street. I think it looks much better as is, understated with a lot more class. Less is always more unless you're 18 years old.

My Xpower always shows around 430/435kms range when fully charged to 100% same battery as the LR.

I had to registser the new 12V battery for my 2009 E91 (3 series estate/wagon) when I replaced it. Nothing new and I believe that this process has been around for more than 20 years on lots of cars.

Sorry but that's incorrect. Both battery technologies in use on these cars can well exceed 400k miles.

Same here, we only get 10-15 non-contiguous days a year where it gets below 10C. Never snows at all in our area, can't stand the stuff. Summer is 5-6 months where 3 months of that is always above 30°C, perfect climate for us and great for an EV. It also makes a PV system pay back very quickly...

Probably just using up old inventory before updated parts or a new local supplier in on board.

The wiper blades on my old BMW 330D were on the car for 7 years. A quick wipe with silivon spray once a year kept them working as new, no juddering etc.

So basically anything. As usual, these systems are only as good as the data they can access. If some/most/all of that data is manipulated to be wrong, you'll get wrong answers. Been in the data/predictive analytics business for decades, same old, same old with new names, terms and acronyms, just...

They are 'aids' not human replacements, just like brakes, they also need human imput but they aid the human to stop the car. LKA was never designed to replace a human being in the drivers seat.

It's actually a very simple and logical solution. Each segment refers to 25% capacity, 4 x 25% = 100%.

It's not offered because in many European countries breakdown cover is always included in insurance. This also makes servicing cheaper, I've been quoted €80 if I had my car serviced now.
