The 12v battery doesn't have a 7 year warranty, normaly these are covered for 1-2 years.

If you take your seatbelt off after putting the car in 'P', put the car in 'D' with foot on brake, flick the parking brake off and drive the car. However, after around 20-30m the seatbelt warning tone will sound. Very simple, very easy and very logical.

So, I assume you perform engine oil analysis at the manufacturers recimmended periodic oil change interval to check for metal, mineral content and shearing level in case it can be continued to be used fir another few thousand or more miles? Or do you change as oer service schedule or even sooner...

Even small amounts of moisture absorbed by brake fluid (which is hygroscopic) can corrode ABS pumps, items that were rare or never found on cars decades ago. Brake systems are much more complex now and require clean, moisture free fluid to operate optimally.

Disagree about the brake fluid. It's relatively cheap to have changed and virtually all sources recommend 2 year intervals. Cheap insurance. You don't even have to go to an MG dealer for this work, won't affect any warranty as long as it's from a reputable garage with a proper receipt.

A satnav will disable its power system when the battery exceeds a certain temperature. The screen in a car doesn't have a battery as pat of its unit construction, so temperature won't be the issue with the screen in the car.

I use A/C pretty much every time I'm in the car between May and October and June through September, daytime doesn't get below 30°C, often something like 33-38°C, can be in the 40s°C some days, normal here. Don't notice any impact on range.

Put the car in 'D' or 'R', disable the electronic brake and you can drive away. After a few seconds a seatbelt warning gong will sound but doesn't affect the movement of the car. I use this every time when I move in/out of my drive to then get out and close/open the gates.

I get the occasional disconnect for maybe 20 secs but that's not an issue for me.

I use AA for music, typically internet radio. Volume returns to previous level after interrupting messages, so no issues here.

The software IS covered by warranty and will be upgraded/patched if you have a genuine issue. Take your car to another dealer. Plenty have had software upgrades free of charge when they have reported an outstanding issue.

I haven't had the latest LKA software update and yet my car rarely intervenes with LKA. Maybe once every 2-3 days I get a single warning tone and a very gentle nudge in the steering wheel. I've never turned LKA off as it's basically never 'there'.
