    Sensor behind rear vision mirror?

Does anyone know what this circled area on the back of the rear vision mirror of my Aussie MG4 Long Range 77 MY24 is? My guess is some kind of sensor I'm not sure if I should install my dashcam stuck onto the windshield in a place that could block this possible sensor, or it doesn't matter

Or just go to another MG dealer. Some are being more helpful and installing available updates for an hourly rate. Which is fair as it can take hours or even a whole day to install all of them

Good question , since I'm not an MG4 owner I don't know how you'd opt in Were owners of the Aussie excite 51 emailed to let them about the free software update enabling OPD , for the small batch of cars that didn't have it enabled?

That doesn't sound fun :( when testing EVs I've found that with many cars it often helps to hold the heavier DC harging cable in the car socket with slight lifted up pressure, til the charge has started. Otherwise charging won't start

Ask another nearby dealer how much they charge/hr for software updates outside of a normal service visit. I'm curious about the answer. Not surprised that they charge though, apparently car updates are quite time consuming with different changes to add one by one, not press update and walk away.
