My car is a phase 1, which is a little surprising considering it was purchased in June. Correct Vingnut - highsider does refer to that special trip over the bike. Not to be repeated too often. :oops:

I ordered and received my Trophy in June. A newbie question, but how can I tell it is a Phase 1 or Phase 2 car?

I haven't had a play with it yet - just set up by the installer, but I'll see if I can give it a go over the weekend and get the same isse.

Okay. Thanks. I get that. The sales person said the car also uses wifi for its services as well. If it's only using mobile, then that explains why it's not connecting at home.

Thanks for the responses. I agree - iSmart is useful, but it seems to only work off the cell/mobile network. When parked at home with no cell/mobile network available, the only means we have is wifi. Some other manufactures/models allow communication with the car by either method. It doesn't...

I had mine fitted by the dealer - Baylis in Gloucester. It was £600 for the towbar and fitting (as part of a new car purchase).
