I hate to tell you but your dealer DOESN'T know which ship your car is on, just that its at sea as I asked Miles, who is a forum member that works for Chorley group, and he told me that they aren't told which ship.
Yeah I know, I've been tracking her, she left Barcelona yesterday afternoon en-route to Antwerp eta 2/7/22. I'm hoping my black se lr is on her as my dealer phoned me 12 days ago to say my car is at sea according to his computer ???
Bad news mate I'm afraid, I've just looked on vesseltracker.com and it looks like viking adventure has stopped at USA and 3 ports in Japan and is now on the way to suez canal (no stop in China ???) sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Just read up on mg4 they say starter price under 30k.
Also Renault are trialing a hybrid hydrogen /battery senic that will be capable of 500 ml. range.
This is where the system is wrong, dealers that get 'stock' cars offered by mg should be allowed to offer them to customers on there waiting list with no financial penalty to either dealer or customer.
I would like to hear what other members think about this.
How come Chorley can always get hold of new mg's (Sr or lr) whenever they want when people have been waiting 7 or 8 months. Obviously there is some serious brown nosing going on!!!!
Galveston highway is couple of hours away from Barcelona on its way here due at rpd around 11/7. Try checking vesseltracker or vesselfinder for any others.
All new cars have to have a PDI (PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION) which is done by the dealers service department, but this only takes 60-90 mins. Also all the new cars I've had come with 7 days fully comp ins plus 7 days gap, plus if your car is written of in the first 12 months insurance companies...
