Sorry if I have missed this topic, but has anyone bought some wind deflectors for their MG HS PHEV? if so where from, how do they fit and do you have any photos. Many thanks,
Worked for me Alb. I have gentle skilled hands, its not a case of leverage needed just reach, the tool is slim and lightweight. But your home made tool is a proper job. you should knock out a few and sell as I don't think most will have an odd bit of aluminium laying about that's just the right...
Agree its tricky the first time and very little space compared to the other side. I would recommend anyone doing this to do offside first as its easy so you get a feel for how it works. I used these to gently grip and rotate the bulb housing with a bit of cloth protecting it and it took about 10...
Have you tried to disable auto fold on the mirrors. I find that then allows you to fold them when seeing on coming traffic on country lane. This also works on the MG5 I had.
I had an MG5 but was so fed up with charging infrastructure (not enough, not reliable, too many rfid/accounts/Apps) and behaviour (over stay, used for parking near park and ride, bad manners and the inability to park in the bays by many) on the occasional long journey. So I went back to a PHEV...
Hi all, I'm being a bit dim here. Has anyone found out what that dotted white line is showing it seems to always be below the power line and then drop to the bottom of the power range arch. I have read the other posts but still unclear.
That would be a nice drive which route would you use and how long would it take. We love Malta and had a timeshare here for 25 years (Qawra). Still come at least once a year (Christmas 22 next visit). I presume you escape to UK for our cooler summer?
Quick search in China (literally 2 mins) finds these which you can buy a single set which would also help with the ground clearance somewhat. A detailed search should find Phev compatible. If you could persuade your dealer to fit they may not ruin the 7 year warranty? I would love some but need...
Three versions of the MG5 in around two years or so, with each pre-facelift version withdrawn, its a bit like a premier league team shirt..... thank you very much MG
Hi Rocinante. The other two above were Chinese cities (only snipped it as it was a huge list despite the inference that it was subterfuge which is a bit Machiavellian). Original claim was from a 2020 Panorama programme so definitely not gospel! I agree re demonstrable facts, which would require...
LOL Stand corrected Gomev, but life is too short to worry about the odd typo, NHS in crisis, paying out £8 billion a year in clinical compensation, Energy cost escalation, oh and a megalomaniac causing a crisis in Ukraine to name just three things to really worry about. :) (y)
Its a mute point as it depends how you categorise. So Highway, Council or other "government" cameras or counting all cameras that police can request footage from on demand shops, cash points private security cameras in buildings, carparks, small businesses etc etc.... is a much much bigger...
You should be more worried about how many times a day you are captured on CCTV.....Big brother is out there. UK has more CCTV cameras per head of population than any other country/regime
Another tip not mentioned (I think) if its a reel extension do not use with cable on the reel as heat could be generated. I always carried an extension and the granny charger in the car when traveling as in an emergency when hotel or local rapid chargers not available I parked near an accessible...
The defence from the car behind of "they stopped too quickly" simply will be dismissed by insurers and the law with only a few exceptions. E.G and only if witnessed by a third independent party. Car A overtakes car B and pulls in close and immediately slams their brakes on before car B has had...
