Got back in after driving around 70 miles in the car. Plugged in and smart schedule created straight away.
Had no further contact from Octopus. Guess they were aware that this was a widespread problem so just pleased they've sorted it, hopefully for everyone.

Had a call from the EV Team at Octopus. He can see all the charging events since installation of the Hypervolt including failed connection attempts.
We have ended our call and he is to ring me back in 30-40 minutes after going through our history.

We had our Hypervolt 3 Pro charger installed by Octopus on 07/01/2025. It has been working fine since then until this morning after returning home from work.
The app is not recognising the charger even though it is plugged in.
The Hypervolt test shows a healthy outcome with no issues...
