Yep it’s one of my annoyances too, I’ll be miles from the car in front and if it slows down even slightly my mg4 will deaccelerate harshly. My golf ACC by comparison is 10 years old technology but perfect.

Thanks for that, I didn’t find that bit of blurb when ordering and had to go off what reviewers were saying which was mixed - but acceptable size for us. As I wasn’t 100% sure I mearly mentioned about the same size of MG4 in the sense that they shouldn’t expect large boot like a normal sized SUV.

Wise stuff there, I think I’m just flapping slightly as I’ve never outright owned a new car before and had to worry about depreciation ( I’ve always had cheap leases - remember when they were a thing ! Or secondhand cars that are worth a a few grand so didn’t really deprecate much )
