Is there any way to stop the MG charging remotely? I have questioned about limiting the MG 80% but I cannot do this from my charger and not from the car as far as I know.

I did not know that there was to be any upgrade this soon after I purchased my MG5LR exclusive in October. Particularly interested in the touch screen. The current one in my car is just awful to use. Can this be upgraded?

Just returned from 155 mile round trip. Varying road conditions 70 - 30mph cruise control nearly all the time. Temperature fell to around 11 C. Two adults, a dog and some Xmas presents. Overall economy was 3.1 miles/kWh. Not bad I think. By my maths that is around 1.6p/mile (Octopus go 5p per kWh).

I have the type 2 cable for emergency use. But surely most of the 3rd party charging stations have tethered cable? If you have a home charger I take it hat this also does not have a tethered cable?

I have just removed this tabs on the central drain holes on both front doors. There are other drain holes on the front doors - at the front and rear corners. These are clear, so I would have thought that this extra one in the middle would not make that much difference, but I will wait and see...
