ah i fear you've misunderstood me, as far i know the Dealer i purchased from is only a brand store and not a service center and as such i have no idea if they are even authorized to update the systems. that is what i intend to ask them about.

first thing i did was check the Software version, currently running R40, im due to pickup the mats on Monday from the dealer so i'll ask then to see if they can update it.

Got it yesterday and love it!
