I just got some figures for a new MG4 from a dealership. I am shocked at the low part exchange value for my current MG4, is everyone else seeing the same?
Apologies if this has been asked before. On the energy usage screen there is a circle on the right that seems never to change, I have a figure for driving consumption but just dashes for air-con/heating usage. Is this just a bug or am I missing something?

Just got a reply from the customer experience manager at MG which includes this... 'The issue that you mention below does not leave the vehicle undriveable and does not impact the performance or functionality of the vehicle.'
My dealer has just called to say my car is ready to collect, they haven't heard of any embargo on releasing cars. Just waiting for statement from MG to decide if I proceed or cancel. Have also emailed some important MG people for some more info.
The reply was from a chap called Gary from the normal MG customer services email. It was a reply to an email I sent to anyone important I could find at MG uk, I did get a reply from the head of sales saying that customer services would be in touch.
