If you get a suitable OBD adapter you can use an app like Car Scanner to read the SOH value yourself. I checked mine recently and it said 92.2%, down from 92.8% back in December.
Edit: snap 🤣
I know in the SE (Excite in Aussie speak) the option is there in the menu and it lets you turn it "off". The big clue that it hasn't worked though is that you get no "Are you sure?" type of prompt when doing so - something that you DO get once in the READY state. :)
If you've only ever driven longer journeys at lower speeds (e.g. 40 mph constant, near enough) in warmer weather then the GOM could indeed show a high range. What does your Accumulated Total trip meter show?
@Rip Van the WLTP of the SE LR is 288 miles. Reset the acc total trip and charge to...
What you've described is "as intended" behaviour.
The car isn't properly "On" until you've pressed the brake pedal to put it into the READY state. (You don't have to engage Drive, merely get into the READY state). Turning off LKA (and some other settings) is pointless until you are in READY as...
1. This isn't affected by R63, which is an Infotainment-only update. You need other software updates to get the ACC change
As to the others, I'll let a Trophy/XPower owner respond
Was that starting the charge via the app or contactless? (My MG4 worked fine the last 2 times I used Tesla sites - but they were V4 units so contactless was available).
Or see a sign on the exit slip road of the main road ... etc. :)
Basically, the technology is not yet fit for purpose thus the requirement for its use is flawed.
