I have nitrogen in my tyres no pressure drops or increase with temp and red valve cap indicating nitrogen in tyres not air .

I personally when charging 100% then do some good braking this keeps brake rotor in good nick , also nice not to have black brake dust pouring from wheels when washing car. And commercial vehicles have had none foot brake retarders fitted for years long before ev cars not ev milk floats though.
