My biggest gripe with the car. My humble opinion: didn't bother to rewrite the ACC software for EVs. Gas powered cars use brakes, and they did the same for the EV version.

One simple thing: have cruise control reduce speed via regen instead of friction brakes. In essence change a few lines of code that came from the ICE platform. That’s it, a better electric car right there.

Well, get back there and make sure they tell you your car has all the updates so far. It makes no sense for one to pick up a car in March 2024 and not have all the previous updates installed.

not necessarily, as the price per kWh is higher in high output chargers (paying for convenience in a way). So if one's car max charge rate is sub 100 no need to go for a 350kW charger given the chance.
