I had Eibach springs on my Polestar 2 and they were great, they don't go as low as H&R and the progressive spring rate isn't as stiff. So it was a good balance between performance and comfort. One thing I didn't like was the lower clearance cracked my front third party mudguards, because I have...
Just had a look...that one is not the US based D2 Racing (d2racing.com) but a Chinese brand (d2-race.com) that seems to have copied the same purple accents and 36 way damping.
There's a couple people who have installed the H&R springs now (not coilovers) -...
Thanks, I'm from Australia but I might contact them anyway as they say they might be able to help in other locations. Maybe they have some contacts down under ?
I wonder if this is why the higher tyre pressure helps with a lot of (but not all) owners experiencing vibes, because it depends on how much the drive shaft angle is out
How many km have you done? I thought I had this too recently, but I thought it might have been my 3rd party accelerator pedal cover slipping down and not allowing full acceleration because it contacted the floor. Slipping it back up with my foot fixed it, but I have since secured the cover...
Resize the 3D model. Originally I suggested shortening by 8mm, but actually I think you might need to go the other way and add 8mm, seeing as your Orions need more depth than the original speakers. But then they might not allow the door trim to fit properly. Its hard to say...you might need to...
No errors or change in consumption. I even went on holiday for a month and came back and the battery was still on 80% as I left it, so there is no standby power draw either
Why DSPs are worthwhile

This is the DSP, best to get power directly from the battery and use an online fuse, rather than tap power from the fusebox of the car. It is small and can be...
I think you would need spacers that are 8mm less than the original ones. You could get the 3D printed ones I linked earlier printed smaller. Find someone local they should be able to resize it
The other good thing about the Match amp/DSP, there is a harness available for the MG4 so you dont need to cut any cables. Other manufacturers might follow suit, I haven't looked since I had mine installed earlier this year
My main gripe with the factory sound was clarity. Changing just the tweeters helps significantly.
The factory head unit is tuned specifically to the average quality audio components. When you start changing those, adding new door speakers, sound dampening etc, the response is no longer flat...
Here's a photo of the original speakers.
I don't like being destructive with original car parts so I 3D printed some spacers.

The factory EQ is very bright to compensate for the shitty stock speakers. So when you add any aftermarket ones they will sound trebly and thin. There's only so much you can do with the 5 band EQ to flatten it out, so I went with the Match M5DSP which gives me 30 bands to tweak. I had it...
There is an aftermarket "exhaust" you can buy that has sounds. Or buy an Ioniq 5N. I tried it...not sold. The problem is you get the sounds but not the vibration (unless your X-Power has them ?) so it's a bit uncanny valley.
Ive been running on Auto regen for the past few weeks, it has been smoother but I attributed that to higher tyre pressure. I have found Auto regen definitely is more efficient, for start/stop plus highway driving. Not sure why it isn't set as default.
